Carina Hjelmstam Winberg is a senior leader and international development professional with nearly 30 years of experience in strategic leadership, organisational development, capacity strengthening, and international cooperation.

Carina currently serves as Program Director for the Evangelical Free Church in Sweden. She is also a lecturer in Global Studies at Jönköping University.
