Master 7 Foundation – Rugby and Community Development.
Since 2017, STURR trustees have been in partnership with Master 7 Foundation in Laos, developing youth rugby as a pathway for personal growth, teamwork, and community building. The program introduces young people—both boys and girls—to the fundamentals of rugby, providing structured training, coaching, and competition opportunities.
A major milestone was the formation of the Master 7 Rugby Academy where the under-17 ladies’ rugby team, achieved an impressive victory at the recent Vientiane 10s tournament, becoming champions in their division.
Beyond sport, the Foundation is committed to holistic development. Its outreach initiatives engage teens, and young adults through mentorship, life-skills training, and discipleship programmes, designed to encourage development of character, leadership, and positive values.
Through rugby and ongoing community support, Master 7 Foundation continues to empower young people in Laos to grow with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
