Luke 2:8–11
The angel’s words to the shepherds echo through time: “I bring you good news of great joy — for all people.” Joy entered the world quietly that night, wrapped in swaddling clothes. True joy often comes not in grand gestures, but in the humble presence of God with us.
Prayer: Thank You, Lord, for the joy that came down to us in Jesus. Let my heart receive Him again with wonder. Amen.
